The Brief
Elevate awareness of Maistra’s luxury hospitality offering and its MICHELIN-starred restaurants, positioning Istria, Croatia as a premier destination for gastronomic and luxury travel within the UK and Irish markets through high-impact press and influencer engagement.
Our Strategy
We organised and executed a curated group press and influencer trip centred around Maistra’s Autumn Gourmet Week, hosted at the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj. PRM led the campaign end-to-end, from media and talent profiling and tailored invitation communications, to travel and itinerary coordination and full remote support during and post-trip. We secured two leading media representatives from The Independent and The Irish Times, alongside two prominent foodie and lifestyle content creators, Bea (@a_london_story) and Ruchi (@foodruchieats), whose audiences aligned with premium culinary, travel and lifestyle demographics. The bespoke itinerary featured foraging excursions, chef-led tastings and exclusive dining experiences, all designed to immerse participants in Istria’s culinary heritage and showcase Maistra’s elevated hospitality. Feedback from all attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with particular praise for the thoughtfulness of the itinerary and the warmth of hospitality throughout the stay.
